Vehicle vs Water
On 5/26/09 at approx. 2:30 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Harbor Av SW., to a report of a vehicle that struck a City light pole then plunged into the water.
Witnesses reported that the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed when he apparently lost control while E/B in 1200 Blk [...]
