On 8/24/09, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the victim was somewhere between the 1200-1400 block of 7th Av., walking back to his hotel from Gameworks when four (4) black males attacked him. One of them pushed him to the ground and the others kicked him in the face. The victim gave the suspects his I-phone and wallet. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction. The victim returned to his hotel and called 911. An area check was negative, in part due to a 10-15 minute delay in reporting. The victim was treated by Seattle Fire Department for a bloody lip, facial scratches and a black eye.
