On April 2nd, at approximately 9:00 pm, two unknown males gained entry into the kitchen area of a fast food restaurant in the 1100 Block of NW Market Street. At least one of the suspects was armed with a handgun, and the suspects confronted employees and ordered them to open the cash register. The suspects were able to get some cash from one of the registers before fleeing on foot and running to a nearby waiting car. The suspects are described as a white male, 5’11”, twenties, and the other is described as an unknown race male, 5’11”, twenties. After the suspects fled the victims were able to call 911.
Officers arrived and conducted an area search but did not locate the suspects. Robbery detectives were notified and will be responsible for the follow up investigation. None of the victims were injured during the robbery.
