On October 29th at approximately 10:30 p.m. an alert loss prevention officer at a South Everett Wal-Mart store spotted the suspect wanted in connection to a robbery and sexual assault of a woman in the Wallingford neighborhood. The employee called the Everett Police Department who responded and took the man into custody.
The suspect was transported to Seattle Police Headquarters where he was interviewed by detectives and subsequently booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Rape & Investigation of Robbery.
