On November 12th, at approximately 3:11 PM, the victim was driving her scooter northbound in the 1900 block of Westlake Avenue. The victim apparently lost control of the scooter and fell onto the street. When the victim fell, her helmet came off and bounced across the street. Seattle Fire Medics responded and transported the victim to an area hospital where she is listed in serious condition. Traffic Collision Investigators responded and processed the scene. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
