Seattle Police officers arrested the suspect in the September 11th, 2008 murder that occurred at 12:52 A.M. near the I-5 and I-90 interchange. The suspect, a 53-year-old male, was arrested by Seattle Police SWAT team officers in the City of Renton on December 4th at approximately 6:15 P.M. The suspect was subsequently booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Homicide and narcotics violations.
