On 1/19/09 at 2:20 a.m. witnesses reported that a group of males in their late teens to early 20’s had attacked a lone male victim in the parking lot of a fast food restuarant located at NE 50th and University Way NE. Initially it was believed that the victim was punched and kicked, but it was later discovered that he had been stabbed/cut numerous times with a knife. At the time of this report, no suspects had been located. The victim was treated on scene and transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspects are at large and the investigation continues.
