On Friday, February 13th at approximately 9:19 p.m.officers responded to several 911 calls of shots fired. Initial reports also indicated that there was a victim down. Responding officers were unable to locate any victim at the scene, and as of this report, there are no known victims as a result of this incident. According to witnesses it appears that there was some type of fight disturbance during which one of the participants pulled out a handgun and fired 2-3 shots. All parties then apparently fled the scene. Officers developed information that led them to a parking garage in the 300 block of Union Street. During a search of the parking garage four possible suspects were located and detained. After witnesses were unable to identify any of them as being the shooter, the subjects were interviewed and released. Gang Unit Detectives responded to the scene and assisted with the investigation. The suspect, described as a black male in his 20’s, six feet tall with a medium build and wearing a gray sweatshirt, remains at large.
