On March 3rd at approximately 2:30 a.m. officers responded to the 600 block of North 138th Street for a reported home invastion. A screaming female called 911 reporting someone was outside her door forcing his way in. The 911 Operator then heard what sounded like gunshots. As officers were arriving the victim reported the suspect was leaving in an SUV-type vehicle. Containment was set up and a K-9 track was initiated a short distance from the house. The suspect was located and taken into custody wearing a King County Sheriff’s-style jumpsuit and body armor. The victim identified the suspect as the one who forcefully entered her house. Officers also located a rifle and pistol. Robbery and CSI Detectives responded to process the scene. The victim was not injured during the incident. The suspect will be processed and booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Robbery, in addition to other charges. Detectives believe there may be addtional persons of interest that are outstanding at this time. The investigation continues.
