On March 4th at approximately 6:30 A.M., Seattle Police received a 911 call from Federal Police working at a building across the street from the Federal Building. The call stated that a suspicious package was located in a window well on the southeast corner of the building. Seattle Police responded to block off streets surrounding the building, and the Arson/Bomb Squad responded. The package was examined and it was determined not to be harmful. The streets were reopened shortly before 8:00 A.M.
