On March 23rd at around 2:27 a.m., an adult male suspect climbed through a window at a fraternity house in the 4700 block of 17th Avenue NE and stole 3 skate-boards. The suspect fled on foot but was caught and detained by house members in the alley a short distance away.
SPD and UWPD units responded to the scene and took the suspect into custody without incident. The suspect stated that he has morning classes at WSU. He was advised him that he would not be making it to class this morning. The suspect was an adult male and was highly intoxicated.
The suspect was booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Burglary.
