On May 24th, at approximatley 12:37 a.m., South Precinct officers responded to a call of an accident and fight disturbance between a truck and a limo on East Marginal Way at South Horton Street. The occupants of the limo had jumped out of the back and assaulted the truck driver. Two of the suspects fled and were captured by officers a short distance later. All total, five suspects were arrested and the victim was taken to Harborview Medical Center with head and back injuries. The five suspects were all arrested for Investigation of Assault.
