On November 27th at 9:09 p.m. officers responded to a 911 call of shots fired near 9th Avenue and Columbia Street. Within two minutes officers arrived on scene and located an adult male victim lying in the street in front of a black Nissan 4-door sedan. Officers checked the victim and discovered a gunshot wound to his upper right torso. Seattle Fire Department Medics performed first aid on the victim however, the victim died at the scene.
Homicide and CSI detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate. The suspect(s) remain at large.
