Bank robber arrested last night at North end motel

Last night on December 9th, North Precinct patrol officers, SWAT, and the Robbery Task Force detectives located and arrested a suspect wanted in connection with three recent bank/business robberies in North Seattle.  The suspect, a 23-year male, was arrested without incident and later booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Robbery.  He is believed responsible for a bank robbery on December 1st in the Northgate area, a commercial armed robbery  of a store in the University Village on December 3rd, and another bank in the University District on December 8th.  The suspect displayed a handgun in all three of the robberies.
