On December 11th, at approximately 11:00 pm, West Precinct officers responded to a 911 call in the 2000 Block of Terry Avenue. The victim stated that her fiancee had become angry with her and shoved her against a wall, pinning her there. The suspect then produced a handgun from his pocket and aimed it at both his and the victim’s head, as if to shoot them both. He made threats that he would kill them both. Eventually, the suspect released the victim and went into another room, giving the victim an opportunity to escape the building and call 911. Officers arrived and contacted the suspect as he was leaving the rear of the building. He was detained and a pistol was recovered from him. The suspect, a 41-year old male, was arrested and booked into the King County Jail for Investigation of Assault.
