On February 1st at approximately 2:00 a.m. the victim was driving home when he noticed a 1990’s black 4-door Honda following him. The victim arrived at his apartment in the 2200 block of 13th Avenue West and noticed the vehicle parked in a parking lot nearby. As the victim was gathering items from his car, two masked men approached and demanded money. The victim told them he did not have any money and struck suspect #1 knocking him to the ground.
Suspect #2 attacked the victim and struck him with a closed fist multiple times causing minor abrasions. Suspect #1 got off the ground and was again knocked back down by the victim. The victim activated his car alarm causing the suspects to return to their vehicle and flee.
Suspect #1 is described as a dark-skinned male, 5’11”, 170 pounds. Suspect #2 is described as a dark-skinned male, 5’6”, 140 pounds. The victim declined medical attention.
