The Center for Children and Youth Justice’s (CCYJ) 3rd annual breakfast was held at the Washington Athletic Club. The honorees were recognized for their work in the justice system to enhance the lives of children and youth through juvenile justice, child welfare and related systems reform.
Detectives Lebar and Bogucki were honored for their innovations aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable children and youth.
