On May 9th at approximately 2:00 a.m. the victim was stopped at 15 Avenue South and South Lucile Street when four male suspects all armed with handguns took his vehicle by force. Officers arrived and searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspects or the vehicle. The victim described the suspects only as four black males, 16-20 years of age. The suspects and vehicle remain at large.
