Fight disturbance outside Belltown bar at closing, 2 arrested

On May 30th, at approximately 1:30 AM, West Precinct bicycle officers observed a fight disturbance near a bar closing in the 100 Block of Bell Street.  The initial fight involved 20-30 individuals physically fighting in the street.  Officers had to use pepper spray to dispurse the crowd.  Officers were able to locate a victim and the two suspects who had assaulted him.  The suspects were positively identified and arrested.  The fight seems to have originated from a male spilling a drink on another man’s shirt while inside the bar.  The two suspects were later booked into the King County Jail for assault.
