On 7/23/10 at approximately 8:40 p.m., a complainant called 911 and stated that a male had just broke out the back door of a neighboring residence in the 8300 block of 55 Av S. and entered the home. Another caller stated the male had just left from the front of the address with items.
Officers arrived and contacted the suspect and the complainants. The suspect was identified and the stolen items were recovered from the bushes. The home was checked to verify entry and check for further evidence. The suspect was booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Burglary.
