Home Invasion Robbery on Beacon Hill

On September 28th at approximately 9:45 a.m. officers responded to a 911 call of a home invasion robbery in the 3900 block of South Graham Street.  Thus far the investigation indicates the following occurred:

A handful of suspects, described as black males in their 20’s to 30’s and armed with handguns, entered the victim’s home and confronted a 61-year-old female.  The adult female victim had a necklace grabbed from her neck and was subsequently put on the ground at gunpoint and threatened.  The woman’s three-year-old granddaughter got scared and hid in a closet (it is unknown if the robbers ever saw or confronted the little girl).

The suspects ransacked the residence and took various items of property from the home before fleeing the scene in possibly two vehicles.  The suspects remain at large.  There were no reported injuries.

Robbery detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate.

Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identities or whereabouts of any of the suspects is asked to call 911 or the Seattle Police Robbery Unit at (206) 684-5535 and refer to this incident.  Anonymous tips are welcome.
