On early Thursday morning, September 23rd, at approximately 2:00 a.m., there was an armed robbery at the Chevron Gas Station in the 100 block of SW Sunset Blvd in Renton. Two suspects wearing mask entered the store together, approached the clerk and demanded money.
The clerk opened the till and both suspects came behind the counter and grabbed the cash. The suspects fled with no vehicle being seen. The suspects were armed with a gun and a knife. About an hour after this robbery, the same suspects, wearing identical clothing committed a similar robbery at a store in the 1600 block of Queen Ann Ave N in Seattle.
Early Monday morning, September 27th between 3 a.m and 4:30 a.m., detectives believe the same suspects robbed a store in the 5900 block of Phinney Ave N in Seattle and a store in DesMoines.
Based upon the motive and supect descriptions, detectives believe these two suspects also robbed a business in the 4300 block of SW Admiral Way in West Seattle on September 12th, at approximately 4:30 a.m.
The suspects are described as:
S/1 – White male, 18-20 years-old, medium build, White t-shirt, tan pants, wearing a mask or bandana.
S/2- White male, 18-20 years-old, medium build, light colored t-shirt, jeans
S/3- White male, 18-20 years-old. (S-3 was only seen in one incident)
The clothing description varies. In one incident S/1 wore a black skeleton mask and S/2 wore a black ski mask. In another incident S/1 was wearing a black jacket with a hood and S/2 wore a red football jersey with the number “50” and possible “Barton” printed on the back.
