“Keeping a Blue Light On”

Seattle-area resident Stacey Sanner was granted permission to interview and photograph officers from the Seattle Police Department this year for her book, “Keeping A Blue Light On:  A Citizen’s Tribute to the Seattle Police Department”.  The goal of the book is not only to honor Officer Tim Brenton and the four Lakewood officers – Sergeant Mark Renninger, Officer Ronald Owens, Officer Tina Griswold and Officer Greg Richards – but also to pay tribute to the men and women of the Seattle Police Department who put on the badge every day to protect the citizens of Seattle. 

How to purchase the book:

You can currently buy your advance copy at the reduced rate of $69.99 through November 16th by visiting the Seattle Police Foundation Web site. Preorders will be emailed further instructions to complete the order directly through www.Blurb.com at which point applicable shipping and handling will be added.  After November 16th, the price jumps to $89.99 since orders will be single printing and not bulk.  The book will also be for sale at the Elliott Bay Book Company later this month.
