Officers investigate stabbing incident on Aurora

On March 28th, at approximately 3:30 AM, North Precinct officers responded to a motel located in the 12000 Block of Aurora Avenue North to investigate a possible stabbing.  Officers arrived and met with the complainant, who stated that a woman came to his room stating she had been stabbed.  Officers contacted the woman.  She told them that she had been at a nearby gas station when she got into the front passenger seat of a Jeep in order to get a ride from the driver, described as a white female.  The victim would not divulge any further information about the suspect.  At some point while inside the car, the female suspect stabbed the victim in the neck, causing laceration that appeared deep on the left side of her neck.  The victim stated that she jumped out of the Jeep and ran to the nearby motel as the Jeep drove off .  Seattle Fire was called to the scene and treated the victim for her laceration.  She was then transported to the hospital for further treatment.  Officers were able to find a crime scene at the gas station parking lot in the 12200 Block of Aurora Avenue North.

The injuries to the victim do not appear to be life-threatening.  It is possible that the victim and the suspect do know each other.  The suspect vehicle is described only as a dark gray Jeep Cherokee, driven by a white female.  This remains an on-going investigation.
