Robbery, stabbing in Lake City

On April 12th, at approximately 11:00 PM, a 25 year old male victim stated that he was walking in the 12700 Block of 33rd Avenue NE when he was approached by an unknown male suspect.  The suspect began to verbally harass the victim.  The situation escalated into a heated verbal disturbance as the suspect yelled for the victim to hand over his coat.  When the victim refused, two other suspects joined the first suspect in assaulting the victim.  During the fight, the victim told officers that he felt a sharp pain in his left forearm.  The suspects were able to wrestle the victim’s coat away from him and they all fled on foot.  The victim then returned to his home before calling 911 to report the crime.  The victim had sustained a stab wound to his left arm.  Seattle Fire Department treated the victim’s injury and he later went to the emergency room at the hospital. The injury is not life-threatening.   The suspects are described as black males, ranging in ages 16 to 20.  Officers conducted a thorough area check for the suspects, but too much time had elapsed and they were not located.  No other items were reported stolen.
