On 8-14-11, at approximately 6:30 a.m., the 17-yr-old victim was waiting at a bus stop at Beacon Av S and S Willow St. The witness, who is the victims’ older sister, was watching her out the window when she noticed a white male in his late 20’s to early 30’s approach the bus stop.
The suspect then exposed and manipulated his genitals while facing the victim. The suspect then noticed the witness watching and he quickly left the area westbound on S Willow St. An area check was made for the suspect but he was not located.
The suspect is described as a white male, 20-30, shaved or short hair, wearing a grey sweater and jeans.
