Man arrested after discharging pepper spray in park

On August 18th, at approximately 7:19pm, a victim called 911 to report that a man was discharging pepper spray in Cal Anderson Park (1600 Block 11th Avenue).  Three adults and an infant were affected, suffering irritations to their face, nose and throat area.  The Seattle Fire Department responded and treated all victims at the scene. None of the victims required any further medical attention. Officers located and arrested the 37 year old suspect in the 1700 Block of Broadway and booked him into the King County Jail for reckless endangerment.
