On September 30, Chief John Diaz presented King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Ben Carr a certificate of appreciation for his bravery and fortitude in stopping a suspect in an ATM robbery that happened this past summer until Seattle police officers arrived. The suspect grabbed the cash and took off running. Carr gave chase and caught the suspect, holding him down for police. Congratulations, Ben!
