On November 17th starting at approximately 3:30 p.m. there were marches and demonstrations that converged on the University District of North Seattle. Throughout the afternoon, officers monitored the peaceful demonstrations.
The estimated total turnout was approximately 600 people. There was a rally on University Bridge in which vehicular traffic was shut down for the duration.
The Seattle Police Department provided traffic control and ensured public safety for all involved.
