On 1/31/12 at approximately 2:45 p.m., a woman called 911 and reported that she had been stabbed by another woman while riding a Metro bus. The bus stopped at 3rd Ave and Pike St. An officer in the area immediately took the female suspect into custody without incident. The victim was treated on scene by Seattle Fire and transported to Harborview Medical Center where she was reported to be in stable condition.
It is unknown what precipitated the assault. The suspect will be booked into King County Jail for Investigation of Assault.
