The female victim parked her vehicle in front of a house in the 3100 block of NE 120th St on 04/08/12, at approximately 7:00 p.m. When the victim returned to her vehicle on 04/09/12, at approximately 7:00 a.m., she discovered someone had written graffiti on all four sides of her vehicle. The words written on the vehicle were derogatory and showed hatred towards African Americans. The victim is not of African American descent. No suspect information available.
