Detective Denise “Cookie” Bouldin was honored today at the National Black Police Association – Western Region (NBPA) conference in Bellevue, Washington. Detective “Cookie” was awarded the Law Enforcement Service Award for her tireless commitment to serving and mentoring youth through Detective Cookie’s Urban Chess Club. Congratulations, Cookie!
