A man wearing a mask grabbed and groped a woman in a South Seattle neighborhood shortly after 9:00 a.m. today. A young woman was walking northbound on 43rd Av S. and S. Webster St when she heard someone walking up behind her. When she turned to look she saw a man wearing a black mask following her.
The suspect caught up to the victim and attacked her. The victim screamed and the suspect ran away. Officers responded and set up containment in the area. Guardian One and a K9 unit also responded and conducted a search with negative results. The victim was not injured however, Seattle Fire responded to the scene as a precaution.
