A male suspect left a house party and fired multiple shots, at least two hitting a parked car. On September 8th at approximately 1:09 a.m. officers responded to 911 calls of multiple shots fired in the 9600 block of 57th Avenue South. Preliminary investigation indicates that a male suspect left a house party, walked out to the sidewalk and discharged a gun multiple times. Officers located an unoccupied, parked car that was struck and contained two bullet holes. No other property damage was located and nobody was injured.
Officers stopped several pedestrians and suspicious vehicles leaving the area but none of them contained the suspect.
The suspect is described as a Samoan male, 5’10” tall, 180 pounds, afro-style hair with large curls, braces on his lower teeth, and was last seen wearing a grey tank top and long black shorts.
Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call 911 or Seattle Police and refer to this incident. Anonymous tips are welcome.
