A woman who was struck by a Metro bus in North Seattle was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries today. At approximately 4:24 p.m. officers responded to a collision involving a female pedestrian in her 40’s and a Metro bus in the 14300 block of Lake City Way NE. The circumstances leading up to the collision are under active investigation at this time.
Fire department medics transported the pedestrian to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Traffic Collision Investigation Squad detectives have responded to the scene and will be handling the on-going investigation.
