Two-Vehicle Crash with Life-Threatening Injuries in West Seattle

An adult male suspect who was fleeing the scene of a burglary in a stolen car was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision in West Seattle this afternoon.  At approximately 4:11 p.m. officers were responding to the report of a burglary in the 4200 block of SW Graham Street when they saw the suspect fleeing the scene in a stolen 1988 green Mercedes 4-door sedan.  Shortly thereafter the suspect was involved in a collision with another vehicle near Delridge Way SW and SW Webster Street (the officers were not in pursuit of the suspect at the time of the collision).  The Mercedes the suspect was driving was stolen in the City of Seattle.

Fire department medics were called to the scene of the collision and transported three people (two people from the other involved vehicle and the suspect) to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

There is no additional information available about this incident at this time.

Traffic Collision Investigation Squad detectives responded to the scene and continue to actively investigate.
