An armed man remains at large after robbing the Plaid Pantry at gunpoint early this morning.
At approximately 12:42 a.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of NE 50th Street for the report of an armed robbery. Preliminary investigation indicates that the suspect entered the store and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The suspect fled the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and remains at large.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Asian male in his 20’s wearing a red baseball cap with a black bill, a black sweatshirt with gray writing on it, and dark pants. He is armed with a handgun.
Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call 911 or Seattle Police and refer to this incident.
