A North Seattle home was burglarized while family slept inside. This morning just shortly after 2:00 a.m., a family of four (two adults and two kids) were asleep in their home, in the 700 block of N 101 st when an unknown suspect(s) removed four window screens from the house, made entry then ransacked the house.
The suspect(s) found the keys to the family car and attempted to start it setting off the alarm, waking the victims. The suspect(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction and had not been seen by the victims. The suspect(s) left behind items that had been gathered and bagged up.
Containment was set up; K-9 was unable to locate a track. In a walk through, it was discovered that two lap top computers, a play station, and a wallet were discovered missing.
