A former UW Husky lineman is investigating an Oregon Duck fan for robbery, and you can help quack the case.
Just before 8:30 pm on September 5th, a man in an Oregon Ducks hat walked into a Rite Aid on NE 85th St and 35th Ave NE and headed straight to the pharmacy counter.
The suspect—who was wearing a bandana over his face—shouted that he had a gun, startling a clerk who ran out of the pharmacy.
The suspect then jumped over the pharmacy counter, grabbed a bottle of prescription cough syrup, and fled the store.
From surveillance footage, it appears the suspect is a white male with dark hair, wearing a red bandanna, sunglasses, a black jacket with white stripes, tan cargo pants, gloves, Nike shoes and a green and white University of Oregon cap.
SPD Robbery Detective Mike Magan, a former UW Husky offensive lineman, is investigating the case.
