Thieves steal unattended vehicle left running in South Seattle

Car thieves make off with the victim’s Acura MDX.  This morning at approximately 9:30 a.m., the victim started his car and left the engine running and unattended while he went back inside his home in the 3700 block of S. Perry St.   The victim returned moments later to find three unknown suspects driving off with his car.

The victim’s son came out and noticed an occupied blue Honda Accord parked nearby on what is usually a quiet street.  As he approached the car, the driver threatened him with a screwdriver.  He was able to get the license plate on the blue Honda Accord (which turned out to be a stolen license plate) as the car sped off in the same direction as his father’s car.

The suspects are described as two white females, one black male, and one unknown race male, all in their 20’s.
