Police arrested a 39-year-old Seattle man after he was carrying and firing a shotgun near 4th Ave South and South Lander Street.
The incident began shortly after 5 PM when multiple concerned residents called 911 to report a fight between several men at a near by gas station.
As the fight continued to escalate, the suspect grabbed a shotgun and fired it, striking a building. Officers arrived quickly and took the suspect into custody without incident.
Officers booked the man into King County Jail on charges of discharge of a firearm in public and the shotgun has been collected as evidence.
