A 20-year-old man was wounded in a shooting Monday night in the Dunlap neighborhood.
Just before 11 PM officers were called to Rainier Ave South and South Cloverdale Street after a resident heard gunfire. Police found the victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his leg.
The victim told officers he was walking with two other friends when he heard a gunshot and felt pain in his leg. The man’s companions declined to provide police with much information about the shooting. Medics took the man to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
