A 55-year-old man was wounded early Saturday morning after shots were fired in a house near Haller Lake.
Police responded to the 3300 block of NE 120 Street at 4:45 AM where they contacted the victim that had been shot in the leg. Medics arrived and transported the victim to Harborview Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries
Officers located the scene, including two shell casings, in the basement of a house where the victim and suspect had been in a verbal argument before the shooting.
Police interviewed several witnesses and continue to search for the suspect.
