Detectives are investigating after a 47-year-old man was shot in the leg just after 11 PM Thursday night in the 900 block of N 46 St.
Police responded to a report of a male limping off after a shot was heard. Officers found the victim who did not want to provide any details about the shooting, but did hand over the shell casing he had recovered.
A witness reported seeing the suspect and victim arguing just before the shot went off. The witness saw the suspect get into a black hatchback and speed away.
Medics arrived and treated the victim before he was transported to Harborview Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.
