Two men were wounded in a shooting Monday on Beacon Hill.
The victims were walking in the 2800 block of Beacon Ave. South just before 11:45 AM when they were struck by gunfire.
One man, a 26-year-old, was struck in the leg, while his 21-year-old companion was hit in his ankle.
The suspects, described only as two black males, reportedly fled the scene in a black of grey sedan.
Officers arrived, called for medics and searched the area, but were unable to find the suspects. Medics transported both victims to Harborview Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Gang Unit detectives are investigating the case and are investigating the possibility that the two men were specifically targeted.
