Two men suspected in a string of break-ins at churches all over Seattle and Puget Sound region are in custody after Major Crimes Taskforce detectives, North Precinct Patrol officers, Edmonds police and the King County Sheriff’s Guardian One helicopter worked late into the night Thursday tracking them down.
Detectives arrested the men–both in their 20s–last night in Kenmore and Edmonds and are now searching for evidence at multiple locations in the Seattle area in the hopes of recovering electronics, cash, and religious artifacts stolen from a significant number of churches.
We’ll update this post with additional information as the case develops.
