Homicide detectives recently developed probable cause to arrest a third person in connection with the January 29, 2017 murder of a man in Downtown. US Marshals arrested the suspect, a 30-year-old woman, on Monday and booked her into the King County Jail for investigation of murder.
April 3rd Update:
Homicide unit detectives with the assistance of the gang unit arrested two suspects today in the ongoing investigation into a homicide on January 29th.
Detectives served search warrants in the 2600 block of East Pike St and a residence in Des Moines where they arrested two people and impounded two vehicles.
Homicide detectives interviewed both people and eventually released the female pending further investigation and booked the 36-year-old man into King County Jail for investigation of murder.

Homicide detectives responded to the 600 block of 3rd Avenue early Sunday morning following a fatal shooting.
Just before 3:30 am Sunday morning, officers responded to reports of a shooting near 3rd Avenue and Cherry Street. A man was standing in front of a building when an unknown suspect shot him multiple times and then fled. Seattle Fire medics responded and rushed the man to Harborview Medical Center, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
