Seattle Police Department narcotics detectives seized more than 115 plants from a North Seattle home on Thursday after receiving numerous complaints about an illegal grow operation.
Responding to those concerns, detectives and Anti-Crime Team officers served a search warrant at the home in the 1200 block of NE 97th Street late Thursday afternoon and arrested a man and woman, both 37. Police seized more than 115 marijuana plants in various stages from inside and outside the home, and approximately 5 pounds of harvested marijuana. The woman was later interviewed and released while the man was booked into the King County Jail for delivery and manufacturing of a controlled substance.
This remains an active and on-going investigation.
