Detectives need your help identifying a man who robbed two Queen Anne stores at knifepoint last week.
Officers responded to the 500 block of Queen Anne Avenue North August 29th at 5:30 a.m. for a report of a robbery to a business. When officers arrived they spoke with an employee who told them a man walked into the store and pointed a knife at them while demanding money from the register. The suspect then exited the store seconds later without getting any cash.
Ten minutes later, the same suspect entered another store in the 1600 block of Queen Anne Avenue North again demanding this money at knifepoint. The suspect, collecting an undisclosed amount of cash, fled before officers arrived.
