A 29-year-old man died Monday night after witnesses say he was struck by a car in the 4000 block of Sand Point Way Northeast.
Officers were called to the 4000 block of Sandpoint Way Northeast just after 11:30 p.m. when people began calling about a man who appeared to have been hit by a passing car.
